- A working screen (if applicable) in excellent condition, with no damage such as scratches, cracks, or pixel damage (small scratches accepted)
- No damage to the outer case (no dents, chips, or cracks)
- A fully working operating system (software)
- Battery health of at least 80% (for portable consoles)
- Be removed from any accounts (e.g., PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Account)
- Come with all original accessories (controllers, cables, power adapters) in good condition
- No display issues such as dead pixels, white spots, or discolouration
- No water or liquid damage
- Must turn on/off and function properly with all buttons, joysticks, and triggers working
- Be fully functional with all parts, including system software
- Have all necessary ports (USB, HDMI, etc.) working
- Must not have overheating or performance issues
- Must be able to connect to the internet (if applicable) and support multiplayer features
THE DEVICE CAN HAVE:
- Light scratches to screen or outer housing (no cracks, chips, or dents)
- Minor cosmetic wear such as scuff marks, as long as it does not affect functionality
UNBOXED DEVICES MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Not have any water or liquid damage
- Must turn on/off with all buttons, joysticks, and triggers working
- Must have a working display (small scratches accepted)
- Be fully functional with all parts, including system software
- Have working buttons, D-pad, joysticks, and triggers
- No display issues such as white spots, screen burn, or discolouration
- Must be able to connect to the internet (if applicable) and support multiplayer features
- Have a functional battery (for portable consoles) with at least 80% battery health, or be able to power on with external power supply
- Be removed from any accounts (e.g., PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Account)
THE DEVICE CAN HAVE:

AVERAGE DEVICES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Not have any water or liquid damage
- Must turn on/off with all buttons, joysticks, and triggers working
- Have a working display (small scratches accepted)
- Be fully functional with all parts necessary for the console to operate, including system software
- Have working buttons, D-pad, joysticks, triggers, and all essential components
- Must be able to connect to the internet (if applicable) and support multiplayer features
- Have a functional battery (for portable consoles) that holds charge or can power on with external power supply (any battery health, but no faulty batteries)
- Be removed from any accounts (e.g., PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Account)
THE DEVICE CAN HAVE:
- Heavy wear and tear, including deep scratches (no cracks)
- Chips, dents, and damage to the outer housing
- Any battery health, as long as the battery is not faulty, swollen, or showing warnings
- No display issues such as white spots, screen burn, or discolouration
